Added 'Create Shortcut' option to gui_context_menus
Implemented functionality to create shortcuts:
convertPngToIco: Converts PNG icons to ICO format.
createShortcutWin: Creates shortcuts on Windows using COM interfaces.
createShortcutLinux: Generates .desktop files for shortcut creation on Linux.
Note: Linux functionality has not been tested.
